Stay away from him. lies and will keep your deposit and not send dog. He wont use paypal anymore because they protect the buyer. he wanted me to send money as friend or family instead of as a business deal because paypal wont protect you. They will only protect you if you send the money as a business deal. Ran his ad over a week ago stating dog has been bred 30 days, now a week later he has his ad saying bred 31 days. Hello 30 days plus at least 7 days if not more ads up to at least 37 days. Just dont want to see someone else get scammed. wanted me to send money by western union, Not, no insurance there, would have kept the money and sent no dog

First off I am no scammer. I sold this person a dog they wired me deposit. I don't use PayPal but they wanted me to do so After he wired the money into my PayPal I transferred it into my bank account and the next morning it was gone. The buyer filed a claim and had my money pulled out of my account back into PayPal where it was on a pending hold from the buyer tried to pull the money out.
I was told buy PayPal to send the dog and when they got the dog the buyer could send a receipt and they would release the funds.
I do not know how others work. But I do not ship my dogs anywhere unless I have all money in my hands. Since this person caused this to happen I refuse to give them the deposit back. He tied my sale on this dog for two weeks and she is pregnant.
If my not returning his deposit makes me a crook then I guess I am.
I have the text messages from this person telling me he would do this and it was not going to go well for me.
I have been selling gsd since 1996 and never returned a deposit for anyone who just changed their minds.

To all concerned I have spoken to administrators about this fake statement against me. I have satisfied them that I scammed no one. As for you Ivan Yankov. You are still a crook and need to be out of the dog buisness forever.
As for all of the other people who jumped in on this so they could get their five minutes of fame. You need to stay out of things you have no knowledge of.
Thank you admin for hearing both sides of the issue before just kicking someone out of the group. I have sold many dogs on here without one single issue.
Please know and understand I am not a scammer and I did the right thing in this matter. Since I can not post proof here you will have to believe in the admin and know they would not lie for me.

That's great news. So what about the claim in the other post, "Scam Seller"regarding the sale of your stud dog?

Hexe the money that was put into his PayPal account for the male was also frozen when the person who was buying the female called PayPal wanting their money returned.

PayPal says it will take a few days for them to sort it out and that person will get their money returned in due time.

The person buying the female will get all money back except for the deposit they sent separate from the balance they paid.

by hexe on 08 October 2017 - 01:10

That certainly sounds reasonable. It would seem the buyer of the male wasn't aware of any of this, however--proving yet again that timely, clear communication between buyer and seller would eliminate some percentage of complaints against sellers.

Hopefully, the buyer of the male, fullbreeze, has been advised regarding the situation and perhaps the two parties can even complete the transaction instead of having it fall through entirely.

Here I don't scam and I wish I could have worked it out. However since we do to my situation I have to move him now and they may be forced to edit 21 days from PayPal to free up their money.
I am sorry for all involved but now I got this on here hanging over my head.
People are scared enough because of people like Ivan Yankov and Alexander Dimitrov. I pray that admin will remove this false good against me

by hexe on 08 October 2017 - 14:10

Generally what they do is amend the title of the post to reflect that the situation was either resolved or a false allegation. That's a better way to handle it than deleting the thread, because nothing ever *really* gets deleted from the Web--there are always archived snapshots out there, so at least if the thread remains but is amended, the full story gets carried forward.

Also for the record I gave this man other methods to pay me for my dog he chose not to do so and demanded his deposit I said no and asked him again to send through western union then he got stupid and that ended our conversation. I don't have to take a cussing for his screw up.
Thank you guys for hearing me out. Oh and hexe that is why it says NO PAYPAL in my add.
Charles
