This is a cyclical thing. Happens over and over. As Dog1 most eloquently stated, "There's a lot of BS posted about BS." No truer words have ever been written. Summer is a slow time, as many folks are taking advantage of the weather to do things with their families and dogs. When the weather turns cold, people spend more time researching information. Of late, I don't find much that I'm interested in enough to comment on, but I hope that'll change.

Thank you all for having the courage to post. I'm sure that change is coming and this will again be an informative place to learn and share. Enjoy your dogs. [Jim and Dave, I told you so, now I do believe you owe me some money!!!]

Elizabeth you were very fast to voice an opinion and attack me because of what someone wrote without ever taking time to find out whether it was true or not. Unfortunatley the Greek did not express himself with the same eloquence that you used to attack my character. However his attacks on you without knowing you or your character are No different or spiteful than your attacks on me. This site and Forum was created to bring people together and Celebrate the German Shepherd Dog and it's Heritage not for us to slander one another. I do not know you but i do know the Greek and he is a Wonderful person that was very upset by your comments about me. I feel that if you want him censored then you should also be censored for your negative and equally harmful comments. As the Old saying goes What is Good for the Goose is Good for the Gander. As i said this site was created to bring people that love the German Shepherd Dog together not for people to be attacking and spreading rumors about each other. Respectfully Michael

Sorry VKH, but the person advertising Yarko is not someone that I would do business with. I have heard very negative things about him. The only places that I heard he shows his dogs are at the local shows in CT. I stumbled across an advertisement for his "kennel" in a search and quickily dismissed any interest after asking some CT natives about him. ----------------------------------------------------- THIS IS ONE SLAM! HERE SHE SAYS THE MAGIC WORDS (I have heard )NOT KNOWING THE TRUTH HER SELF.JUST JUDGING ON HEARSAY. slam # 2-Sue, first, your spelling is atrocious,whether it be intentional or just an indication of your lack of education. You also seem to be implying a foreign disadvantage to the English language which would suprise me why someone from outside of the US would be looking to purchase from these kennels. I guess I don't understand how you can truly research a kennel if you can not correctly spell their name. So that would be first and foremost. While I don't post often due to lack of time, I do look in now and then and find a little more taste could be used. This IS an international site, and many posters are from North America...I do not see too many European posters bickering.....which makes us ALL look childish! I suggest, to keep the posts informative, and take major disputes privately. It would be a shame to loose this informative site, due to strife, when many good breeders can share experiences and and knowledge to help us breed a correct German Shepherd Dog. Also many newbies and GSD owners come here to learn, not to listen to private disputes...opions should be voiced but perhaps a bit more diplomatically? No tarring and feathering please:) Michele

How many of you actually have delt with them? I heeded past post about questionable kennels and called local K-9 control officers and local rescues and asked about this breeder (that is where I came up with my statement). I am in the process of asking their permission and "names" of examples of the dogs from his sales that this breeder declined to help relocate.With permission I will share the names( they will include litters of puppies he brings over from Germany ie Ritzerower Land, and puppies he actually bred from Parchimer Land etc). Second, please help me find out if the choice of breeding location was the owner of the female or the owner of the male. I do believe the there is no 'structured' location for this breeder so the local park / tennis court might have been his stomping ground. Does MC have an actual Kennel location? He may very well be tying to learn and develop but at what cost to people buying puppies if he is not established? THIS IS ONE SLAM!
