Thanks for the response, NO, but you didn't clarify the question if you are an associate of the perp, the perp himself, or a man or a women and why you would even come to this forum.  A lot of your posts look like psyops and wordmastery like NLP.

Maybe with all your experince of the DOE witchhunt you mention, you could offer some insight.  What do you think the chances are that the perp would be actually sorry for what he did and said, and felt that his threats were taken out of context by a women untrained in combat and not comfortable with combat talk?  That he is actually afraid of complete exposure since there are so many now that have the complete story, some with the name and some close friends and associates without it. Those who have it and the sealed envelopes with docs, affidavits, and photos have been told not to dispense them all over the country unless a "probelem arises" as defined by the victim.

What do you think the chances are that the perp will cease and desist before massive name exposure occurs.  If you think that someone who does not want to be a victim is "tilting at massive windmills" then perhaps you don't understand the seriousness of the abusive acts done to terrorize this woman.  If this was your sister that was so terrorized and brutalized, what would you think about it and what would you do to help.

Do you think perps like this are typically DID, ex soldiers with PSTD who have become bullies, members of black cults with no human soul left, cia ops who have  just blown their cover, or dia operatives who have just blown their cover.  Why do you think would ever posses a badge holder to beciome a super bully and to prey upon a single, defenseless woman and threaten her with perpetual cyber harassment.  Can you understand why she might not be able to keep this secret anymore and must expose everything except the name, only doing that if the perp won't back off and stop all proxy posting, wierd emails and all cyber stalking.  Do you think she should have a IG of the company, HO, DIA, or DOD talk to this perp and try to negotiate a complete end to this before the perp loses everything and has his identity exposed nationwide?
