I found her on Facebook under Vom Haus Caldwell Kennel, she also has a personal account under Jenn Suzanne. At some point they changed the name on the site to Vom Haus Caldwell Longcoat German Shepherds. It wasn't too long ago I saw she was still posting on facebook but haven't seen anything recent. I can't remember if I ever saw the ad posted on Pedigree Database as it has been quite a long time since the dog was purchased and most of our communication has been by phone, email or facebook messaging. I do know she has posted a complaint on this site about the breeder she bought from.

Thank you. Just wanted to be sure she was not using this site to scam people.  She has an account here but has not used it for a few months.

I have blocked her from using it so she cannot use this site to scam others.

Is it worth exploring with the breeder whether he is aware of the situation ? And whether he has legal redress, rather than just "waiting for Jenn to pay" him ? Could his name be given to the Admins to make sure if he uses PDB he gets a PM to that effect ?

Hundmutter good idea. They could pay the breeder which is probably less than they were charged by Jenn then take her to court for what they gave her.

Now they have their papers for the pups they bought and it is not a total loss to them.

Western Rider,
That's a good idea. If it were me, I'd get the money somehow and pay the breeder to get my dog's papers, then sue Jenn. I'd want my dog's papers!!!

I understand the breeders point, but if you released the puppies without full payment, might as well let the papers go. The breeder should then go after Jenn. It sort of shows that the puppies themselves were less important. At least that's how it comes across.

Anyway, I sure hope you all get your papers.

The puppy buyers have been communicating with the breeder. I personally have been for over a year. The breeder's lawyer supposedly is holding the pink papers and made an agreement with Jenn so she could make payments. She's not making them. The breeder did suggest I pay him what Jenn owed him and then go after her. If she isn't paying him as agreed I'm almost positive she wouldn't pay me either. That would mean I pay for the puppy twice and attorney fees on top of that. Yes, my dog is important, but for that and a lot of other reasons that solution just looks like another big mistake.

Unfortunately I can’t pay the dog twice, because that’s what Jenn Bayliff owes for my puppy. The breeder for whatever reason is holding back instead of taking her to court ... he should’ve done it a year ago.

If you have both had contact with the breeder, and the breeder wants you to pay him (and then go after Jenn for a refund) he must realise that would mean you paying out twice for your dogs. If that is really his view, could he and Jenn be 'in cahoots' ?

Perhaps this breeder should be publicly named & shamed through here ? Or maybe they would like to comment by posting their side ?

on June 19th at 1706 ... you can see the breeder answer from admin, the name is there, his side of the story is ... "i want the money", sad that no one cares about us that paid for the puppies. He rather waste two beautiful dogs (Henko is the father) than give us the paper we paid for ...

VV1 LGZS Morge vom Haus Kathleen ... that's the sister of my dog, same litter
