My greatest fear of buying an adult dog from Europe is not getting the dog, fake papers, misrepresentaions, and unexpected shipping or customs problem.

Are there any organizations in various countries whose membership indicates trustworthiness and experience?

I have a brother in law who is an immigrant from the Czech Republic. Would his calling there and speaking the language on the phone help?

Are there any articles written by people who have imported, but not commercials for people who want to sell dogs or pups?

I will not look for a dog for you, but if you have a specific dog, you have found and you are serious about buying the dog I will help you to communicate. However I will not go and contact 10 people with 10 dogs to strike a deal for you.

I am little tired of spending time dinking around and then you don;t buy the dog, people in Czech are frustrated because they are in hopes selling the dog and I am pissed because I have a huge phone bill!

Kinda sums it up.

I understand your comments re: phone bill, dont know what you pay but, here's something that I use , eg 3.9 cents/min to czech
