I missed the window for edit and still can't post the pic. still studying as it was especially for hund. :)

and just for ML, I came up with "woking my way back from a heart attack". maybe not Seinfeld funny like yours, but I think keeps me in the game.

and to Mr. Darcy, honestly, the wok is one of the healthiest ways I have come up with.. of course, have to do low fat/veggie. but we will see. I have my labs from before my event and now from almost a year later.

I'm open to any healthy advice.

Rik

"woking my way back from a heart attack"

LOL, very good Rik. Glad you're doing well.

Mr. Darcy, doesn't it seem like the worse a food is for you, the BETTER it tastes.

Rik what did you fail at??

I think Rik's looking for people who want to have a conversation, MrD - see also recent thred "Dayum thisboard is dead, so lets talk cheap wine..."

Nobody here really wants to talk about stuff other than dogs, and politics, it seems. Maybe those who did have all decamped to Social Media ?

Thanks Hundmutter was just curious to what he meant.

I for one am glad this forum is dead compared to what it used to be, I was embarrassed for some of the so called adults that commented here.

Its a shame that Rik has 'failed' to get much response to his OT posts, it all seems part of the down-turn in numbers using the site; just a few of us who still want to join discussions, help newbies, etc on the dog forums, and even less who want to use OT.
Can't add what we don't know, however - I don't for instance have anything to contribute HERE that I haven't already put up - the 'healthy frying' thing has escaped me, I just throw in chopped veg and maybe an off the shelf Hoisin sauce or whatever, would seem better for one's heart & so on than buying a Big Mac or similar ! Dunno about the deep-frying though ! Would have thought that a bit of a fire-hazard, let alone a health hazard. ;-) ;-)
