In my opinion, it's not so bad that he's so extremly hot & intensive, what I instead react on and make a "?" in for, is his thin (? = opposite of full), bite, plus that he hesitate and kind of stop up, just before he shall bite, in the sending for..
Anyway, I really hope that he will come back next year, and show that he, as I in fact still beleive, is an unusul dog, for (mainly) coming over the so called show-lines! |

Since I was not able to attend in Ulm, what happened in his performance?....I was told that he did not "out"..?
I am pleased with the young dogs I have from him. |

| Yes, definitely a progeny group. I saw there was going to be one at the USA Sieger Show, but I had to leave after the first day. I hope I didn't ruin it for everyone else! |

I have a one year old Markus son, he is doing well in SchH training and in show, as well as being my sidekick at home and a dock diving dog. I also plan to do weight pull and SDA (protection and obedience). He is UKC CH pointed and three times VP, two times VP2 (despite very little ring training and poor double handling by me, I'm sorry to say!). My favorite attribute is his color. His face is very black, his saddle is full and solid black, and his red areas are very rich red. His expression is also very much Markus, at least from what I see in pictures. I saw one picture of Markus and if you had cut out the head and told me it was my dog I would have believed. This summer I was pleased to meet the owner of Markus - Bernd Nagel. He was very gracious in attending our club to give some ring training and assist with SchH training. I have not had the pleasure of seeing Markus myself. I hope Markus is being shown this weekend in Ulm!
I have seen in person some of the 'Huerta Hof' Markus progeny and they are beautiful dogs. |

Hello everyone!
I was 2 times to mate with Markus. I have spend there 3-3 days, so I have seen much about Markus. No one else of German breeders shown me so much things with their stud dogs in work, as Benrd Wolff with Markus...
So I really can offer for you to all this male for breeding... If you need the character of a "working line dog", if you need deep colours, much pigment, dark face,eyes, good middle size with perfect anatomy, and need a heart of a real german shepherd, you must see and mate with him. I also have seen some of his progeny from different litters, but all could be brothers and sisters to each other...all were clowns to Markus. and in anatomy and wesen were also perfect...

..Yes, and as far as I know, he's not only well-built, he's also above average (within the so called show-lines), when it comes to the mentality.. Which mainly have it's explaination in that Jolly v. Merlin (on his mother-side), goes back to East-German, so called working-lines.
But also his grand-mothers dad, Emo vd W. has given very good mentality (for beeing a so called show-male), to his 'nachkommen'. And it's of course a luck that Markus have those ancestors, whom's genes hopefully will be able to "erase" his grandfathers/ Uran's..
My experience when it comes to his 'nachkommen' (regarding mentallity, work ability, etc.), is also good!
