Yeah, he won Spanish Sieger, also Italy, 2x VA1 BSZS... What a career! Now we will be looking forward to winning from him other country Sieger like France, Sweden etc.
He will be a legendary dog just like URAN or ZAMP.

I hear that Vegas also won the spanish seiger 2009. That is amaing. he is tribute to all german shepherds. An amazing working dog, & a magnificent show dog. This is the best of what Max wished for. Probably will reign as one of the best GSD's in history.

Is it anyone that understand why SV choosen to include Vegas among the ones that did the best TSB in Ulm?
And that they did it at the same time as they "forgot", or perhaps consious excluded several ("working-line-males) that did amomg the best TSB:s..
I regard it, in itself, as a very good idea to give those dogs more attention, but I don't understand why the responsible within SV don't seem to understand that they now, when they do like this, so to speak makes this good idea to a simple kind of joke?
Vegas is one of the most well built dogs that ever has existed, but he for sure does not belong to the ones below!

An amazing dog. What a beauty. Wish i had gone. Had plans, but had 2 cancel. I think he should now try for Crufts 2010, and the British sieger.

Vegas looked incredible and shone as sieger once again!
The team behind Vegas were incredibly generous with their time and allowed press and public full access to this wonderful dog at all stages of the Bundessieger. Nothing was too much for his handlers , they accommodated every request for fotos with great grace and continued to do this right until the every end of the show. Vegas too showed what impeccable character he possesses , never flinching or reacting negatively to any of the many individuals who held him close as they posed for fotos with him.
A worthy sieger and advocate for the breed for sure.

Vegas is producing with such a consistency that very soon he may become the Greatest Producer of all time.
He is producing Sieger's & Siegerin's in various classes consistantly.
He is so Young for the title of Double Sieger if he make Sieger this Year which he will surely make then He is very tough contender for the Sieger Title 2010 also as he is only 5 years 3 months now.
Vegas will definately make History by becoming a TRIPLE SIEGER, my Best wishes are with him.

A well deserved Sieger last summer, he had a great progeny group (filled with goodlooking sons and amazing daughters). And even though Zamps group was my favourite of the day, Vegas really won me over and soon I will be mating one of my females with himself or one of his sons.

yes, you are right! Vegas will be in the present and in the future with all the problems he brought to our breed: ears like paper in the wind, puppies who can not move because overangulation; hipsproblems overall, weak personality!

Vegas's hindquarter does bother me, I've heard he is producing more than a few pup's with cow hocks. Cow hocks are a serious fault & usually associated with over angulated hindquarters. This combined with his sire's (Pakros) borderline elbows would make me think long & hard about using them.

| The best balanced dog in Germany today after Zamp. He tracks absolutely parallel behind despite the deep angulation and long stifle. Contrary to some suggestions, he has a very strong motherline that apart from Jango Furstenberg runs through V Arras Gigelsfelsen to Quando Arminius-Palme and Ute Trienzbachtal (2xVA1) combining two of the strongest bitchlines in GSD history. |
