| i was once told by an SV judge that ZAMB produced so many dysplastic dogs that he was the reason ..the rule that after so many litters or so many puppies produced ..a male had to be re.exrayed..wonder if this is correct??? |

A question?
Have anybody of ever met one of both Martin´s? Well I did and I don´t think they needed the "money". At least far less than many Judges today where you can buy any position on a BSZS. Wait untill Sept. and wonder about the new Sieger.
And a last question, is beeing succesful a crime (e.g waiting almost 40 years for the first Siegertitle don´t look like cheating to me). How many times have I read here that the progeny should count for a VA dog so how can you then blame a male for becoming Sieger when he has got the Siegerin and the Junghundsiegerin in his progeny?

| I read all the cooments about Zamb. This is like a shock. I do not understand who is right and who is wrong? Is the comments only out of jealousy or is there any truth in this. The Martin brothers which are lookied upon by many people all over the world as the idols. The one who gave a direction to GSD world and the modern GSD. Who were a guiding light for many years. Can they cheat like this? I do not belive this? I personally like Jeck Noricum more than Zamb but that does not mean making Zamb sieger is criminal. Then what about the progeny of Zamb which won lot of top places. Do you think the progeny has different father but paper is of Zamb? I think if Martin brothers were cheaters they could not have remained on top for so long. People are no fools to keep on following cheater. You can fool some people some time but not all the people all the time. I think allegations by isq are baseless. |

| Not only that it was rumored that one of the brothers had a long term sly affair with a woman of a very well known top kennel and provided substantial assistance in obtaining achiwevements in the breed. This was a poorly kept secret amoung most kormeisters at the time and many Americans who attended the Sieger show each year and imported animals from these top kennels knew about it too. This was a great scandal as was the "health issues" of Canto Wienerau. In spite of all the games and problems, these two produced some very fine animals with good movement and great pigment and class. They probably could have done better if they were straighter and more honest. |

To make adog like this Sieger was a criminal act by Hermann Martin in aid of his cheating brother Walter, the dog had heavy HD as certified by the Italian Veterinary Hospital, there is also ample evidence that the pedigree of this dog was fake and also suggestions that tehere were 2 or maybe 3 Zamb's anyone who ever had a bitch mated by any of Walters dogs will remeber that noone was ever allowed to attend a mating, so you were never sure just which dog had mated your bitch, this was also the reason why Hermann martin fought so vehemently against the introduction of DNA testing, just have a look otday, if Wienerau had such top breeding material to produce VA animals at will, what happened to them when both brothers died?? did the bitches get burried with them??? there is not a single Wienerau dog in sight and the only Arminius dogs are those from Peter Send.
Just two massive cheats and fraudsters who lived of the GSD for many years and very well at that, they had no interest in the breed other then what kind ofmoney they could make out of it. |
