Sendling. You are absolutely correct. My apologies. I got my notes on this dog V Cello Alfavlk mixed up with my notes on Esko West Germanien which was shiown at Rockford, Illinois (USA) Topine show in March.
My friend told me that Esko West Germanien was bad coming at you, quite oversized and a short stepper in front, although having good temperament and an attractive dog otherwise. Cello on the otherhand is perfectly proportioned, has very fine angles at both ends and is very correct coming at you. Cello is reputed to be a very attractive dog and one that will likely have a striking show career. Cello is a very worthy dog and has perfect proportions and strong movement. He was never shown in the USA as far as I can determine. Again my apologies. I mixed up my notes by confusing the name of the owner of Esko and the judge who ranked Cello (Dr. Goldfarb vs. Dr. Goldlust). |

| If I remember correctly, a friend of mine who is very knowledgable with over 35 years in shepherd breeding and showing recently saw this dog shown at a show stateside. He said he remembered the dog to be seriously oversized, quite bad coming at you, and a quite faulty sidegaiter due to short stepping in front, but that his temperament appeared to be very good as did his general appearance. |

| ZW on Cello is 102, still an excellent male. |

You can try to get an estimated(!) ZW by trying to find the ZW from his parents.
Add those two and divide by two.
Cello himself has fast-normal for hiprating so that would be a negative influence on his ZW.
And I don't know how his progeny looks qua hip ratings. |

| For me this was the best dog in his class at last years Sieger show.Definately my type of male.My only hope is that he does not become too heavy in the body.But never the less a beautiful male.Much superior to the likes of Fipp von Arlett. |
