| At the Sieger Show in Karlsruhe, one of the most beautiful dogs I saw was Opal vom Karanberg, who is one of the best sons of Orbit von Tronje. He placed V14. He has a very strong and expressive head, pronounced masculinity, correct angulation, and great color. His gaiting was breathtaking. But he is not only a top conformation dog. His protection work was excellent, showing high drive and courage. His mother is one of the top producing females, Zimba vom Hirschel. Opal would be very valuable for breeding, as he provides an alternative to the Ursus line, given that he has Fanto vom Hirschel on both his father's and mother's line. He is also line bred on Odin von Tennenmeise, and goes back on his mother's side directly to Eros von der Luisenstrasse |
