It would request the breeder of orbit to have a look at this female and give some value comments to improve the breeding and what should i be looking while breeding this bitch. | VA10 Orbit von Tronje, in my opinion Orbit should have been Vice Sieger; The Sieger Show is a BREED show, and to achieve VA many aspects of the dog are taken into account, bloodlines, conformation, and MOST IMPORTANTLY PROGENY. The latter should NEVER be forgot or reduced in its importance, Orbit produced TWO SUPER DAUGHTERS that achieved VA6 and VA9, what an achievement. I cannot remember the last VA male to do that in the same year, and at the earliest possible time in his STUD career. He has now also produced a top class male, in Gonzalez von Tronje, SG8 in the Yearling class males (18 to 24 months). In my opinion Gonzalez should have been SG2; unfortunately he was almost totally without hair, having had a full moult some weeks before the Sieger Show. Never the less, his conformation, performance and breeding, should have kept him in the first 3 or 4 places. Gonzalez has the valuable benefit of a top producing mother, and should play a key role in ensuring the continuence of the Orbit bloodline. Whoever Judges in the Sieger Show, should remember there are many hundreds of very competent Judges, with a high level of intelligence, and with excellent vision, WATCHING, and in some cases REPORTING. |

| Thanks Kirsten, I thought there might be more to it than that. I thought maybe there was information as to genetic characteristics and possibly what to breed and what not to breed. I had not heard of this kind of CD so did not know what to expect. I am trying to catch up with the breed after an extended period of absence. Thanks for your assistance. ECS |

| With over 40% of his prodgeny graded to date I would suggest as Martin quoted that Orbit himself is giving good hips, 70% of his graded prodgeny to date is "a" normal,he is giving a better hip result than his Sire and Dam,so do not let his siblings hip status put you off useing him, although I would suggest only Medium sized ,strong females to go to him with with good strong heads. |

| Well he himslef seems to be giving good hips. His ZW is 76!!! |

To Ole:
Look under progency, then you will see how many matings are in this database |

Orbit had an excellent progeny group at the 2002 Sieger show which was his first progeny group and also one of the largest, this included some very highly placed individuals such as the Junghund Siegerin Farina von der Noriswand.
Orbit also produced the 2003 Jungend World Sieger Gonzales von Tronje. I anxiously await to see how well his progeny does in the adult classes in Ulm.
Congratulations to the breeder for producing this excellent dog. |
