i am from pakistan have a female ,in last feb i took the litter out of nando altenberger land and pay the stud fee 450$ as a kkl dog but after that i knew that dog s korung is struck by the national breed wardon now i m going to getting white pedigrees for my pups i demand the half money back from the owner but he refused to pay a single penny,now what should i do,can you people guide me,thanks in advance.

You need to show the contract to a lawyer. I don't think any other advice will help. Best Chris

Boss, dont know whos the owner of this Nando Altenberger land, the zwinger Altenberger land has a good reputation. The $450 stud fee you paid is certainly more than reasonable. I would suggest the next time you wish to breed a female that you carefully examine the background of the stud being used! i doubt you will receive half the money back from the owner of the stud!

v Brunhaus. I hardley think that Boss1 can be blamed for what happened to Nando. I think if anyone closley examined his background they would have found nothing to cause alarm until the recent SV notification concerning him. Maybe you are not fully aware of the circumstances Chris
