I have been reading about this dog all day. I know he is everybodys favorite! One of mine too! But I was just curious to know if anyone knew what the average price of his pups are. He is still very young but must have something great he is bringing to the table. (Besides those awesome looks) Anyone own any of his pups?

Thanks
Kelly

There's a listing of breedings being done (mostly in Europe) and Bomber's breedings are shown there.   You might also talk to Molly as she has Bomber's litter brother (Bandit) here in the US, and there are several litters both on the ground and pending from him.

Hello,
I'm the owner of Bomber and here is a list of his breedings:
www.eichendorffsiedlung.de/Startseite.html
The average price for a pup of bomber is between 600 and 850 € in Germany.

I own a Bomber son from his first breeding ever and have the first progeny brought into the USA. Very talented with natural desires to do the work .... Razer vom Baphomet ....... 800 Euro .............. The pup was born June 7, 2008 ..... Will be titled next spring in May for the Sch 1 ...... and 2. Reiner (owner) of Bomber and Jutta Winter (owner) of "vom Baphomet" were of great help into helping me obtain my pup. I am quite anxiuos to get onto the Sch field in the spring with him ...... I know someone who has a Bomber son (1 yr) and looks to be a very nice male in all 3 phases, he is a big dog but not over the standard. I too like Bomber and he seems to be producing some nice dogs. I have an Arrek vom Wolfsheim son ( I know not related to this topic) but the "wolfsheim kennel has some super super dogs and the dam Noditha (spelling ?) is IMO one of the best producers around. We can never forget the females when it comes to pups.

For those of you interested in a future breeding program, Bomber and Bandit bring two very strong mother lines to the table with Noditha AND Dixi Haus Santiages!

We have a Bomber son almost 6 months old. Nice natural tracker. On the last leg i usually end the track with a sent pad with food. This time i put one on the last leg about 10 paces shy of the the end thinking he might finish there. Sure enough he did so i just pointed and said "Such" and he went right to the floor to finish.

http://www.youtube.com/user/ultimatekanine#p/a

He is becoming very dominant. The other night i had him out on a flexi-lead and i started playing tug a war with him when he bit it. He came to me and tried humping my leg lol. I pulled him off me and walked. I started playing tug a war again clap high for him to jump up and he tried to hump me again lol. I pulled him off and he went to bite me. I'm in the middle of the street holding my by a leash away from me who is 5 months old lol. Then he spit out the leash and snapped at my chest. So i will be setting some rules soon.

I just bought a  Bomber son, he is only 10wks so a little young to comment on much, but this little guy tugs and pulls like a freight train, unreal!  He is also a leg humper Mark!  LOL.  He is black and looks like he'll have his dad's head.  I'm very excited about how he'll turn out.

I paid $1200 CDN for him, very reasonable IMO.

I have a Bomber son that just turned 12 months old on Friday.  Nice temperment with LOTS & LOTS of drive.  Training him will have to be done in a lower state of drive as he's over the top at times and "can't think" while learning new exercises while in "high drive".  He also is a dog that will not settle in the house as he's on the go 24/7.  I REALLY like this dog and the bond we have is very strong.  He blocks the rest of the world out when we are out there "working".  I've just started getting serious in his training as I had knee surgery back in March and Laos was put up for several months.

TY for the good words Yellow Rose ........ Razer vom Baphomet definitely has what it takes. His focus is GREAT and posses a great understanding for the 3 phases of work. ...... the drives are well balanced in all 3 phases. Anyone thinking of obtaining a pup through Reiner (owner of Bomber) can be considered as an honest and an up front person, as he assisted myself in getting my pup from Bombers first breeding ever back in June of 2008. Regards for a great day ahead .... Yours in the Sport !

V-Bandit v Wolfsheim Schh3,FH,KKl-1,a-normal HD/ED is being bred to outstanding females in this country now.  Puppies on the ground are SUPER in every way.  Bandit himself is the total package - awesome drive, temperament, structure, bone, pigment, nerve, bloodlines.  Anyone is welcome to come visit and meet him, see him work and see for themselves.   And buying from a US breeder enables you to have a breeder to communicate with - along with a written and verbal guarantee that is  honored.   Bandit is a dog who will benefit breeder and buyer alike, available in the US located in central PA.

I hope you are right Held.  If he grows up to look like Bomber I'll be in heaven.
I'm in southwestern Ontario.  My closest schutzhund club would be Saugeen Scutzhund Club near Orangeville.

Reiner, those are absolutely GORGEOUS big healthy shiny looking pups!

We have a litter by BANDIT WOLFSHEIM. Wow. The pups bring everything to the table. Extreme drives, social, grips, and substantial bone. Dam was Cita Rowey VP3, a Dasty vd Berger daughter. This was our nicest litter we have produced.

Will try to upload a pic of one of the pups at 9w of age.

They are asking about Bomber pups not Bandit pups, sorry to be so blunt but maybe you can start a thread about Bandit or put an ad under puppies. Trying to hijack a thread and turn it into your personal gain is rude IMO.

Kandi I had someone ask about a Bomber pup in the US so I will forward the info to them. Cute pup by the way.

Bomber and Bandit are littermates.  Bandit is available in  this country.  Same bloodlines...  Kandi's pup is a BANDIT pup.

Also wanted to add that just because Bomber and Bandit are littermates (which I knew) means nothing. Each can produce differently. Now back to the Bomber thread.

Common guys, there is enough room for both brothers.

Also knowing the consistency in Vito's blood i am more than convinced that Bandit would produced just as good as his brother if not better. I am very excited to follow Bandit'sprogeney as well.Have a nice one.

I know this thread is about Bomber and he appears to be a significant representative of our breed.  Bandit who is more easily reachable here in the States, brings excellent qualities as Bomber. I've met Bandit several times and I'm always amazed at his tempermant.  His structure, color, pigmentation is also to die for.  Good luck to any and all who are able to have these lines and continue to produce them.

And if you were a breeder, you'd know that it's very common for a dog to produce offspring that look more like his littermate than himself.  I think the discussion of littermates to a well-used dog and what those littermates are producing is highly appropriate.

There is also the angle of one sibling being a better producer, even though the other may be the better "performer".    Anyone remember Fero's siblings?  Surely Nick and Yoshy had some.  What about Forma v Karthago--we know she is a producer (Dasty, Eick, et al).   I am with Tess--the more information (including what siblings and half-sibling produce) the better.

That is kind of true, the littermate discussion and who is "better". Although my dog has Troll Bosen Nachbarshaft in both sire and dam sides, after years of observation, I concluded that Timmy Bosen Nachbarshaft was a "better" dog, although Troll was used more, but plenty of little Timmys being around too.

Greg, Razer is turning out to be a very nice one. His tracking Tuesday morning was great. You can see he enjoys it and isn't rushed at all. His protection work is getting better and better. He's starting to show a nice civil side to him.  Always a good day when you make it back down this way.

It's true. Just because dogs are from the same litter doesn't mean they will produce the same. Like troll and timmy. Troll is more well known but to my knowledge timmy was a better producer. If every dog in a litter produced good dogs we wouldn't have any bad ones.
