1)  Make sure you do everything in contract form

2)  If you are selling a "trained" dog, make a video of it doing all tasks/commands/bitework

3)  NEVER EVER Take American Express----they will always, no matter what, side with the card holder. 

4)  Always include the card number in the contract.  Type, Number, Exp. date.

5)  If at all possible, get a signed reciept on the CC slip.

6)  Barring a signed reciept, get an email from them stating that they give you permission to charge their card for $$$$.  Make them include the date, card number and expiration date of the card(type of card as well)

7)  Make sure that your contracts are well written, and always look for improvement.
