There is an AKC GSD club in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I think.

If you are looking for a good bunch of people to train with, we have a club that meets at Quiet Water's Park, in Deerfield Beach on Sunday AM's(9:30 to Noonish). We have a certified helper, and are not cliquish.
