Hi all,
Not a GSD photo, but thought I'd share. We are on vacation in the Florida Keys, and this was what we woke up to yesterday morning. An Osprey with her morning catch. She let me get quite close, for some neat photos. Of course, I'm sitting here missing my dogs at the moment. Hubby is out fishing. Guess I'll have to go out shopping or something!

Cool pick. Photographers can spend months trying to get a shot like that. Right place at the right time.
I see nails and wires in the photo. Do you know what the wires go to? Just curious as to how they construct something out of those kind of materials, that can handle the storms and high winds there. |

Actually the wires are fishing line (I think) criss crossed across the pool to prevent pelicans from entering the pool! Where we stay has had some damage in hurricanes in recent years. The building holds up, but the grounds usually get pretty messed up.

This is just a silly one. Timing of course, happened to catch this fiddler crab cruising across the grass this morning. But, it's the biggest fiddler crab I had ever seen!
