Aside from USCA membership requiring fair, strict judging from the national organization, someone should put a proposal (with the USCA)forward that all future events be videographed and the files available online. I can’t help but think any breeder criticized for his dogs work, or handler accused of cheating, when caught on tape would endeavor to “clean things” up for future events, if they knew their poor behavior was going to see the light of day.
On whole, i believe these breeders to be proud people, they wouldn't compete if they wern't - the problem is that there has been no oversight, along with a lack of evidence on what the few who attended and spoke up saw and described - allowing for back and forth dicourse on whether the work was truly substandard, or just people being overly critical. Now, we can see that with actaul video, that is available to the masses, there is no question as to the level of preformance and no room for debate.
Thoughts?
