On a side note wanted to let everyone know about a terrific vendor I met....Samone (sorry if I spelled it wrong) at the Eurosport Equipment

In this day and age of computers ...it was nice to meet a person who still believes in the professionalism, customer service, and courtsey. That weekend even with the rain and tornado alerts she remain a TRUE professional - smiling and welcoming all into to her booth. For me the most important thing was when I expressed concern about taking my purchased equipment on board my flight she offered to ship it to me - this she did and it arrive as she said it would.

I highly recommend her and her service - it is a true pleasure to know that customer service and appreciation is a premium!!

I agree our sport should  be more recognized!!!

As for Simone.... I too had the pleasure of meeting her and I agree she is a professional -

And as for customer service - she was remarkable !!!! She went above and beyond the call.
