 From reading, I understand that a pup can mature out of cow hocks to an extent, is the same true of East - West fronts?

 I have seen many dogs with both conditions and in each, some outgrew it as they matured, and others did not. The bottom line is that early on the extent of both conditions present is likely going to give one a clue as to what will be the likelihood of growing out of it.
