Hip Swaying

my one year old has been doing this since 6 months of age. IS this normal in GSD?

he walk sometimes with a hip swaying walk when he is in "wanting more " mood and looking at me

please advise

I saw one of my cousins bitches do it and she had h/d.Hope yours is ok .
