Those dogs look savage and out of control to me.  Just as well the general public wont be looking at them. Dogs have a bad enough PRESS as it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Those dogs look savage and out of control to me."

Really?  That Dutchie in the video looked very well trained and definitely in control to me.  So did the whole situation.

"Just as well the general public wont be looking at them"

Thank goodness the general public generally doesn't know about schutzhund nor the ring sports.  People get the wrong view of them everytime!   They don't let the average John Q Dogidiot train in protection sports and if they do, they're probably hiding illegal guns and drugs as well.

Nice Dutchies on the site.  It's a shame that brindle is no longer in the GSD as that is very fitting for a dog that launches into the air for a hearty bite.

i am puzzled by your statment?????

those dogs are super why say such silly things?

dont you know what guard / sports dogs do?

i have pp dogs and yes they adore my kids ...

i never leav them alone together (i dont trust the kids) but in all the years i have owned shepherds i have never seen ANY sign of agression towards my children. and all of them have been trained for atack.

go away and do some reading BADLY TRAINED DOGS atack kids ....

Brady Bee,

we would all like to know what point you are trying to make. Please be specific. Or are you just trying to stir up things here for the sake of it?

all the best

Wow, I don't know much about this type of training at all, but I thought it was AWESOME!  The dog sure doesn't look out of control to me at all.

FIRSTLY, LET ME APOLOGISE IF I UPSET, OFFENDED OR ANGERED ANYONE BY WHAT I SAID. THAT WAS NOT MY INTENTION, AND IT WAS NOT MY INTENTION TO "STIR THINGS UP EITHER"

READING MY POST AGAIN, I REALISE I SHOULD HAVE  CHOSEN MY WORDS MORE CAREFULLY, BUT ALAS I WAS IN A HURRY.

SO LET ME RE-PHRASE------- I WAS NOT REFERING TO THE VIDEO, I WAS REFERING TO THE PHOTS ON THE WEBSITE, AND WHAT I SHOULD HAVE SAID WAS---------- IF A MEMBER OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC( not involved in working dogs) WERE TO LOOK AT THOSE PICTURES, THEY WOULD THINK THAT THE DOGS WERE SAVAGE AND OUT OF CONTROL.   THAT IS MY OPINION AND EVERYONE HAS THERE OWN OPINION.

HOPE THAT CLEARS THE MATTER.

ON THE SUBJECT OF LEAVING CHILDREN AND DOGS TOGETHER UNSUPERVISED, IT IS ALSO MY OPINION THAT NO DOG WHATERVER BREED WHETHER IT BE WORKING SHOW OR PET IS 100% RELIABLE.

ONCE AGAIN, SORRY IF I OFFENDED,
