Kennels are evaluated by points they get when a dog from this kennel takes a high place in the siegerschau. They add up all the points to know the final result of the kennel

So does that mean that if you have more dogs entered...you have a better chance of placing well?  Or do they only count the top 5 for example?  How are the points determined?  Thanks!

Five dogs are presented in a kennel group. In addition to individual quality/rating, they are also rated on conformity, and difficulty, 5 dogs from the same parents being lowest and 5 different sires and 5 different dams being the highest level.

To my knowledge there is not a limit on how many dogs may be presented in a progeny group.
