According to the Animal Welfare of the State this kennel does not have a license to take in dogs and train them!!! |

Is this kennel in the county// In my county , you can put a kennel for training one corner and a whorehouse on the other and dont need a licence to do either...and I cant complain and do anything about it ,,,It is in the county and not in city limits.
State laws will override the county law , but takes a bucket load of paperwork and complaining to get :"Soliticitation" proven and get dogs shut down for no dog tags. There is no leash law or any business law out in out county.
Until someone would get bit, or make a formal health complaint and it can be proved., they could train dogs until eternity,
It may be the same where he is.

If you have a judgement, you could contact a collection agency to help you collect. They will take a portion of it, but better than nothing - and I am using one right now that doesn't charge any fees at all. They just take a percentage of the total judgement.

Here is the one I am using. Just started my process so can't tell you how it will turn out, but all sounds very good and like you, I just want to get at least some of the money this person owes me - and if that doesn't happen, at least I know his life will be a lot more difficult due to my pursuing my payment. And at least you can do something to collect from the person who owes you, make sure he is not allowed to just ignore the judgement completely. A&S Collection Associates, Inc. Dog training and whore houses, Ms. Yellow Rose...you are too funny. I've heard that training dogs could lead to visiting drinking establishments afterwards, but I never heard it associated with a brothel, LOL. Veronica |
