| I second that Cage. He is a rarity because he remains humble even though he's as knowledgable as he is and he'll take things further by admiting to matters that he's uncertain about. Bare in mind that this man has been in the breeding game for 40+ years and him and his partner are responsible for some of the best dogs that we know of...the former "z Pohranicni Straze' kennel and breeding program is undeniable. Then you get idiots that wanna shoot people like these down cause they don't measure up. Let's champion all good and knowledgable breeders for the sake of the breed, let's forget about marketing for a minute. |

| Thanks to everybody for your responses. To Ghostly, since he so desires, I would like to extend to him my invitation to my forum. If you were not able to register, then I apologize, but there are steps which needs to be taken in order to avoid spam. But you may have had a problem probably because you did not follow the instructions completely. However if you have had and still have problem then contact the webmaster. I have send you his e mail address. I have directed my webmaster to contact you and help you with registration. FYI: I have never banned anyone. | wow did you read the e mail sent to him? it sounded like a threat? imagine being an unhappy buyer with this breeder what will happen to you? you will get stopped and beat up by the police if you complain about it on a forum? I can't believe he sent that e mail lol WHo on earth would do business with a breeder who says such things. GHOstly if someone questions you, you do not THREATEN them with having the police harass them wtf are you thinking you need help. I hope he saves that e mail and shows any buyers what they could be getting into. |

| It really is a loss to the database that Hans don't post freely here anymore. He is a person with great knowledge, who shared that knowledge freely. Than along comes a bunch of database DRAMA QUEENS, and the rest is old news! |

| This is directed only to Han's I guess what I'm trying to point out is either your guarantee or mine they are only as good as the person like you and I stand behind. I guess what I'm trying to say is that you pick a part my contract with my clients only due to my comments about you and your practices. What I'm saying is that although you maybe able to get or have good dogs, when a client purchases a said dog and then has issues with them for one reason or another you make it either hard to get a response or customer service they need. I can easily name 15 of my clients, some were good good friends in which I pointed your way to only get screwed later. At one time I thought that you were a good person in which to send clients to, but when a client of mine that I had sent your way calls me saying that all you did was to scream and belittle them after they recieve a said dog or pup that is either sick or developes a problem it makes me 1 look bad and 2 pisses me off. We all have issues arise with our dogs or breedings, but at the end of the day it isn't how much money we have in our pockets rather then how we conducted business ( This means being honest with our clients) is what is most important. So you can pick at my dogs or my contract with my clients, but there is one thing you can't pick a part is my honesty with my clients and how happy they are with what they recieve As far as coming to your forum, No thank you. I have my own full of all kinds of members that either just own a dog or are kennels themself and have no reason to want to come to yours and be treated just like your members have come here to post above. And to say the crap you have about it being the webmasters problem as to my account not being activated is a line that both you and myself know is a bunch of bull s**t |

My 2 cents. While I know nothing at all about the Czech BL. I do know that Ghostly does correct by his customers. |

So he doesn't put their customers names on his cousin's "list" to harrass as he mentions below? Just have in mind the next time you get pulled over or visited by the law enforcement, Could they be related to me. I only have 3 cousins that are officers out by you and you are on their list now so let the games begin |

| Well Iv'e had dealings with both of them and I will stay clear. Sad to say none was over a dog but nasty name calling and the likes. Too bad .... I still really like some of Hans's dogs. I will agree with one thing......people in glass houses should be careful when they throw rocks. Barb |

| See the thread, "Look at These Hips", the number one Hot Topic in the year, 2011. But you posted to that thread destiny, so you knew that. Hans Pm'd me and gave me the title, "Most Evil" if I recall, shortly after all that, was said and done.  In the end, he did do right by Chrissy, but it wasn't easy, and it took a lot of singing before the refund happened. It did happen, so he does get that to his credit. |

| It's been awhile since I came on this forum but I just came across this thread. I personally have a 2 year old female from Chuck. I could not ask for a better dog. I told Chuck exactly what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I asked for. He has been there 100% with any questions I have had and any support I need. I am currently waiting on my second pup from Chuck which will be here right after the 4th of July. This will be my new little boy. I know I will once again get exactly what I want in a dog. Chuck stands by his clients and his dogs and that really should never be questioned if you have not personally purchased one of his dogs. It is rumor and rumor only and not stated from experience. Just my 2 cents. |

| I have a 18 month old male from Chuck. I couldn't be happier with him. Chuck listened closely to everything I was looking for in a dog and he defintely delivered. Conformation, rally, and agility - I have yet to meet anyone who hasn't been impressed with this dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and have several times! |
