No difference.  Had pup on grain-free kibble from 9 wks to about 5 mos, he did well but I was concerned about the rapid growth of his joints.

Went straight to raw (primarily whole chicken parts) for about 2 months, pup still had great energy and health.
Now I cook the food, and only occasionally give raw. I really cannot say for sure why I went from raw to home-cooked. Mainly due to the bacteria and hygeine issue with raw, although I never had a problem during the period I fed raw exclusively. Pup also seems to digest the cooked a bit easier (less loose stool). He is a non-discriminating eater and always hungry.

Pup (now 9.5 mos) has always been lean and very energetic.  No ailments, no allergies whatsoever.  Runs, swims and runs some more.

While I may go back to raw at some point, doubtful I will feed anything commercially processed again.

Recommend you experiment with some raw recipes based on what's available in your parts and within budget. If you shop around, you will find home-made/raw is less expensive then the high-end kibbles.

live food,  containing enzymes, has more energy than food that has been exposed to high heat - destroying the enzymes.  this is true of human food as well.  both humans and dogs benefit from eating more raw foods, even if you don't go to a totally raw diet.
