| It is funny how he keeps 235 Euro and transported several dogs. If he takes 235 Euro per dog he just made a good chunk of money. The seller just contacted me and she was also told that the charge would be 200 Euros and that's it. I hope he makes this right. |

They will not ship the dogs to Raleigh as agreed. I will have to travel to Atlanta if they ship. I was also offered to ship the dog to Los Angeles but it would cost me another $350 for someone to pick up the dog and then airfare about $650 to ship to Raleigh plus a new health certificate.. What the heck??? |

| I hope you get him or her shipped in! What a mess. Shipping dogs is stressful on the best note and with this just terrible. Well if you are handling shipping now herby i will use you from now on if possible. Thanks for letting us know about this issue B Hall |

| umm when i got my dog the breeder delt with EVERYTHING and i was told a flat rate before i even gave them money for my dog to be shipped from fankfort it was driven from slovakia no shipper s no nothing was suppose to contact me if there was an issue they would contact the breeder |

| also the crate only cost 100 for me my dog was 84 pounds at the time i am still using the same crate she came in! |

| I have a new female arriving from Frankfurt to LAX today, cost quoted from Petair was 960 euros including an extra large crate. My trainer charges about 50 euro to drive the dog to the airport, 5 hours each way from East Germany. I hope you are able to get your boy!! |

| mine was 1100 us money including crate crate which was 100 and the dog was 80-84 pounds puppy would be a lot cheaper i think |

| I bring in many dogs each year and never ran into this problem. I will contact Duke from now on. Why wont Mr. Novotny answer me? This dog has been in the crate since Monday morning and is still sitting at the airport. No news. He drops it off only gives them partial payment.... I am offered to ship to LA but have to pay $350 for someone else to pick up and then airfare and a new health certificate so I am looking at another $1,000. I agreed to pay an extra 200 Euros which I shouldn't have but I am a very understanding easy to get along with person. Mr. Novotny needs to make this right and everyone will be happy. |

| Yes it is wrong. The whole deal is money, money, money for gas. Now I have to drive 5 hours 1 way to pick up a dog that may not even be shipped. Mr. Novotny needs to make this right. We had an agreement and he was prepaid. When I ship a dog to one of my customers and quote them $500 and actually end of paying $600 than that is my responsibility not my customers. I already gave them a quote. Still no answer!!! |

| Is this what happened: you paid Petr for shipping and instead of paying your money to the airline, he kept part of it and only gave a portion of your money to the airline for your dog's air fair? Is that what happened? |

| I gave Petr 990 Euro and he gave PetAir in Franffurt only 755Euro. That is after he told me I would only have to pay another 200 Euro on top of the 990. |

| One advise to everybody who needs to ship a dog from Europe. Why don't you put up an ad and see if somebody is flying over there who can bring the dog with them. This is a much cheaper process. Or buy somebody an airline ticket and they bring the dog. If it is during off season this is cheaper than shipping companies who give the run arounds. Also I was born and raised in Germany, needless to say I am fluent in German. If you ever need help with translations, contact me, I love to help out. |

| This isn't a just a shipping company giving her the "run around" . They stole the money she sent for shipping and now they keep upping the ante. |
