Looking at the X rays the one thing I notice (w/o the knees.. you do really need to have the Xray include the knees) you can tell she is not straight on.. HER right hip was a little higher than ther left so the plane between the two hips was tilted. 

This makes her left hip (tho one on the right side of the image) look like it is a bit shallower than the right hip.  I do not think it is REALLY shallower, it appears that way because the pelvis and plane the hips pass through were not flat to the film plane or lens. 

The two things you want to see in Xrays is socket coverage and a round ball head that fits cleanly into the socket. 

For elbows you want a clean line and a clean fit.  No spurs. 

You can find a German-English translator on Google.  If you can find the application on line, Google Chrome will adequately translate it.
