Frontline Plus Price - Too good to be true?

I was searching the internet looking for low cost Frontline Plus. I came across some at http://www.petsupplyexpress.com for an abnormally low cost. Is there anyone around who has experience buying from them? Is a 6 month supply of Frontline Plus for under $50 too good to be true? I would like to jump in and purchase it, but i'm afraid that its some type of scam.

As a side note, on other sites that I know to be reputable like http:/www.dog.com and http://www.nationalpetpharmacy.com the same product is 20 - 25 dollars more expensive.

Someone please advise, or if you know of a reputable place where I could purchase Frontline for a low price let me know.

Thanks

I've never purchased from that site but I could see that being the price.  If you consider now that Frontline has more competition since there is generic versions now.  And perhaps that site is trying to draw more traffic by putting a lower-than-normal price on a very popular item and they hope that buyers will purchase other stuff too to make up for the price cut.

This is all just guesstimating from me.

PetCareRX.com it is $39.99 and if you spend over $59 take another $15 off ($15 additional off is for first purchase only).   I got this info from Petplace newsletter.

Hartz UltraGuard Plus is the same as Frontline for a fraction of the cost.

The patent has expired so others can use the same formula now.

I plan on trying the "new" Hartz UltraGuard Plus formula. When in a financial pinch, I switched my kids from K9 Advantage II to Hartz and never ended up getting any fleas or ticks and at the time, I lived next to a cornfield and at the edge of the field were some thick woods.

Just my $.02

I'd love to hear more people's experience on the Hartz product. Ik know Hartz has been around forever, but it has been my experience that buying Hartz products is the same as throwing your money out the window!! I also KNOW ,FIRST HAND INFO ,of at least two near death adverse reactions requiring EMERGENCY vet care, one dog, one cat from Hartz flea treatments,"used as directed."
