How to tell if a dog's breed survey is real ?

I am really new to this and really confused.

I have seen some dogs have records show "kkl 1" on winsis with survey comment and
some dogs only have records show " kkl 1" but no survey comment,
why is that ??

And how accurate is winsis ?

Is there any other source I can verify a dog's show rating/breed survey and ed/hd rating ?

Because the information is obtained only from officially published reports, WinSis is EXTREMELY accurate; if you find a discrepancy between what's posted for a dog here, and what it shows for the same dog in WinSis, you can hang your hat on the WinSis info being correct.  That's because this database, while a valuable resource, is an 'open' format, allowing anyone who's a registered member to enter pedigrees, titles, breed survey info, etc., whereas WinSis restricts who can input data.
