I will miss you my friend... R.I.P. AIKO.. by Jyl on 05 March 2012 - 08:07 |
With great sadness I had to say good bye to my beautiful boy Sunday morning. I know his spirit is running free at the rainbow bridge now. Aiko was the son of my first GSD, Tonka who I lost in December of 2004. I know they are running and playing together now, like they use to here.
I will miss you my friend..

| Jyl: I cry with you tonight as your AIKO looks just like my Krissy who is somewhere in the usa, and I promised someone I would never loose contact with her but the man who bought her, after Michaels death, her first owner, left with out a word. SHE is like being gone from my site , but only somewhere beyond the Rainbows where sorrows melt like lemon drops , will she someday play with your AIKO and all the rest we remember with a smile. RIP AIKO Yellowrose of Texas |

| Although this is a very sad time...We must Celebrate the life that was our Friend...Companion...and...Best Buddy... Even though all of us have gone through this very difficult time...To me it would be debilitating to dewel on the fact that there is now a void in my life...So I choose to think about the Good Times I spent with this wonderful creature...I try to only concentrate on the Good things we'd done together... I also often think of the wonderful time it will be when we all meet...once again...across the RAINBOW BRIDGE... RIP... |

| So sorry for your lost. He looked so well loved & cared for, I'm sure you gave him a wonderful life. I think our faithful friends are always with us even though we can no longer see them, because that is where their true heaven would be, by your side until we joined together once again. |

| Oh Jyl, I'm so sorry for your loss....Aiko is still a very handsome boy, watching over you from the Bridge. I'm sure your arms ache to hold him once more, as mine still ache for Kali. Sucks being left behind. I hope they are playing & doing all those things we said "No!" about, chewing holes in water hoses, tearing up the garbage & throwing it everywhere, tearing little holes in down comforters & shaking all the feathers loose, gnawing on the leg of the best chair up there......Kali was too polite to do those things while she was here, I hope she & Aiko get to have a lot of fun now that they're there! Most sincere condolences, RIP Aiko. jackie harris |

| I'm so sorry. It was too soon to lose him--although, really, it's never long enough. Christine |

| So sorry Jyl, what a beautiful boy, and they leave us with such a void, but those years would have been so much less without them. I just love the photo of him holding his Dad's leash, that is just gorgeous. I am sure that he will be waiting, and that he will be keeping a watchful eye on you in the meantime - as I am sure they all do until we are reunited with them. |

| Jyl, I'm sorry for your loss. Remember the good times and all the fun you two had. How old was he? A dog's only fault is that they don't live long enough. I'm sure you gave him a great life, he was lucky to have you. Jim |

Thank you everyone for the kind words. It has only been 24 hours since I lost Aiko.. I periodically turn around to see if he is sitting on his dog bed...thinking that this is all a very bad dream. |
