It would be cool to create a list of stud dogs that have either HGH or HX titles!!

Brix vom Eichenluft HGH

Lenz vom Dolderbrunnen HGH

Aiko Von Der Kleinen Wiese HGH

Nurmi Von Der Maibuchen HX

Any others?

Are we missing any current stud who is actively breeding via frozen or fresh semen?

If not, what a small list...

Interesting to note that only 8 GSDs have ever attained AHBA Herding Championships. I believe 2 or 3 have gone on to be GSDCA Herding Victor/Victrix.

Blackthorn..maybe your boy will be number 9!! Good luck!!

at least one of these dogs is not "current" - Galaxy is neutered if I'm not mistaken - but maybe he has frozen (hope so, very nice dog) -

HGH/herding is very limited in the US.  only a small handful of dogs (count them on one hand) are titled in this country, I believe there are only two clubs, and only one trainer who titles other's dogs?

Eichenluft, yes, I believe that dog mentioned has frozen....

I agree about HGH but I thought there would be more HX stud dogs.

When one writes a response to a thread they will see four lines of icons.
On the 4th line, 1st icon is the "link" icon.  Try using this for a connecting link.  ecs

Blackthorn's Jedi --

In this short video, he is working on whistles, gathering the small group of rams, then driving them about 200 yards away, then he is sent out about 200 yards to to to fetch them back, then drive them out again. One of the challenges of this little field is that it is so narrow, but it does give a good bit of room for the dog and sheep to work at a distance.
