In the following: 5CV1/p II.tr. What do the number/letters actually mean?

This "II.tr." means 2nd class

So I just compared another one to the above chart & now I'm confused...lol
How would you read this one; 5JU5/45 P I.tr.

Second one is Slovak not Czech not the same. First one has a short back and outs sable correct size and is hard. Second class of breeding

Czech breed survey chart is slightly different then the Slovak chart.......
