FANTASTIC NEWS Chrissy!!!

Now, hopefully the Czech Check will clear the bank.
Oh well, if it doesn't, she can have him arrested

Beetree: "Too black and white, good one. Turn on the lights maybe, then you'll be able to see colors. And overbites. LOL "

Oh, that was rich, 10 points for timing and delivery.

Sounds good, but I will hold my applause until Chrissy gets back form the park and provides more details.   Oh yea, and until the check clears.  Then I will join in the celebration.  So far so good.

Debbie, you made the statement that you want to be fair to all customers. I agree. All customers should be sold dogs free of defects. When one has a defect, you should deal with it individually. And don't tell me you don't already do that. Do you offer a replacement every time a pup has giardia or kc? Probably not. You say you're honest? Well, I like to tell it like it is, too.I've never been enamoured by JINOPOHANS. I know two people personally that bought dogs from you. The one is a Nervebag and he still hasn't received a replacement pup for his ZVV1 male. The other is.a run of the mill lawn ornament. You put out over 200 Pups a year and I barely ever see them anywhere. In ten years, you have put out over 2000 dogs with very little to show. The arrogance is a joke. Hans acts like he is Kemmer. Hell, Ivan puts out a 1/4 of the dogs and I'd bet 75-90% more of what he produces get titled, end up on the podium or are working police k9. This place is a gold mine to Hans. He can tell all the newbs how JINOPOHANS are the only ones that know how to breed and pimp his dogs. And to tout giving free info, wow! There are many here and out in the world that give free info, but most of us aren't trying to sell anything. If you don't like talking dogs, you don't love dogs and training. That is sad. Sad that outside of a sale, you feel it a waste of time.

Red Sable.....I remember it clearly as I was in the bathtub when he got the call. He ran out to look at the littermate. It was not the next day.....can't say for sure what day but not next day. You are right maybe shipping was an issue. But, she never said that it would be....I think that this is one time when shipping would have been covered. Now I am guessing because I don't make the business decisions here. Just get dragged into the mudhole as every wife or significant other does. I also know it was not two weeks before he returned call. I do know that htere was some lag time as he needed to talk to Jiri."

Either you "stick to your warranty" or you don't. You keep harping about how its not fair, but now you mention "shipping may have been covered"
You guys can't even keep your own stories straight. Amazing.

Oh well, this is one for many to chalk up to experience.
Understand that when purchasing from Alpine K9 and/or Jinopo you need to have a laundry list of questions to ask about the potential dog/pup, such as, underbite/overbite, hernia's, brother-sister breeding etc etc etc. And then, even after all that, you might still get a surprise when you open the crate, apparantly these people do a LOT of shipping of puppies in the dark.

"Hey Ghostly...glad to know who you are and talk to ya. You are the one that we let come to our seminar for free, because you were in a bad spot financially. (being the creeps that we are)"

Very interesting!!!  I have never been to your place nor have the need to.  Just bring up others that have been screwed by your contracts

Sorry Ghostly....I have always thought that you were the girl from Payson. Even when you and Hans were talking about all of this....good or bad. I have always put your name to her face from the very beginning. My mistake.....again sorry. Hans knows  who you are and I am speaking out of turn on your identity. When the person in Illinois would talk to me about you, I thought you were her. Put wrong  face to conversations. So go on everybody and make some thing of that.....I know I opened the can of worms. what can I say?

If it's TOO dark to see the pups when you pick them up in the dark to drive half asleep to the airport, microchips work great for Identifying the dang dawgs. All you have to do is scan and read-- but the numbers have to be recorded next to the name of the buyer, so since you're in the dark and don't have a flashlight, guess that wouldn't work either. I think maybe bullshit is contagious like cold sores.

Lol, I can barely read a tattoo in the light of day, but it was too dark to notice the overbite.

I don't know any of the parties involved, but from what I read here so far, Chrissy got the short end of the stick. She was expecting a  healthy pup free of any defects. Scream warranty all you want, but the bottom line is that pup should never have left Jinopo with an overbite so severe. I find it hard to believe that from birth till arrival in the US nobody checked the dog's mouth. Especially Jiri who is registered as breed warden, and international judge for German Sheperd breed conformation.

This whole mess lies 100% with Alpine/Jinopo.

I'm thinking not. If it bothers you, why do you click on the thread. The only thing it takes for it to be over for you is to just not look.

How hard is that.

I feel like I have been very fair, honest, and civil for the majority of this thread.

Debbie, if you were truly sorry this would've been handled 6 months ago. Also, maybe you should actually learn about what happened before you start posting since I sent my initial email about his overbite less then 48 hours after I had the dog in my possession. That does not seem like "MANY days" to me. Your partner sent me a dog with a problem. Full disclosure would have been appreciated so that I would be able to make the final decision like I believed any good breeder would do. Do you honestly think Jiri did not see this overbite? A breed warden, who has been breeding for decades and kept 2 puppies from this litter for himself did not see this overbite? I don't think so. And then, after I emailed and called multiple times after being told I would be given a return call, I still had no response after 10 days to schedule something to take the pup back, so I elected to keep him and get his canines that were damaging his mouth pulled out. Lo and behold, after I finally emailed you guys after the procedure letting you know I had decided to keep him and did surgery on him you decided to email me not even 24 hours later, and all I got was a smack in the face saying I shouldn't have done any surgery.

"Warranty this, warranty that, etc". You know what, I DID like your warranty and if the issue had been only his hips I would've been more then happy to stick with it. The problem is you decieved me and have terrible customer service where it matters the most. Whether it was only Jiri who knew, or Hans and you also, it doesn't matter; the three of you represent each other. That is why you are PARTNERS. If you don't even understand that much, then you never will.

When I started this thread, I had no idea it would evolve into this. All I wanted was to see what options I had to help my dog who ended up with the genetic short stick; I had given up any thoughts of a refund many months go. Thank you, to everyone who has supported and continues to support Kaiser and I. The money Hans has given back to me will undoubtedly cover his FHO and most of his second one once his elbows come back clear. For anyone interested I will keep an update on his progress every so often. :)

Good for you, Chrissy!! Don't let Debbie pull that double talk garbage on you. You did good standing up to her and not letting her work her bullying tactic she evidently has learned from hans. Here's hoping all goes well with the next step with Kyser.

Chrissy,
I'm glad this has somewhat worked out for you.  Unfortunately, you still have a pup with a serious over bite and horrible hips.  Kaiser is very lucky to have found you and he is really blessed.  If I can do anything to help please let me know.  Also please keep me informed of his progress.  At least one unfortunate part is behind you, having to deal with Hans, Debbie and Jiri.  Anyone seriously considering a pup should read this thread.

Jim

Ok so I said that I was done here...and I am and not reading any more posts. BUT I retract the apology to Ghostly...the person who sent us this referral WAS in my house to attend seminar for free. I have documentation of all of the emails, and documentation of the commission check sent to her. If she is working in conjunction with someone else I have no knowledge of it and no emails stating this. So in my opinion it is her, she is the only person we worked with.

Debbie,  If I was in your house I would say I was in your house, and to think I'm a woman,
My name is Chuck and I have a kennel named Shepherds By Design K-9 that breeds and sells to the clients that you have ripped off in the past. This is how I know about you so well and about all the clients that get the screwen by your so called contract or as you partner Hans says money talks and dogs walk

Great news for Chrissy and Kaiser!!! Please keep us updated on your boy as he goes though his surgery and recovery.

And for the record, the member Ghostly is not a lady. Actually he is a very nice man!
