Hypothyroidism and showlines

Anybody knows if there are particular lines affected by hypothyroidism or is this a widespread problem in GSDs? My german showline GSD is only two and already hypothyroid.

Yes, I have taken 2 German Shepherd Rescues from Montana Omega German Shepherds   http://www.omegashepherds.com/studs.html

That had hypothyroidism, and they also had a double ear on one side. Check out  my previous posts on this matter...
