On Sv-Media site you may see the broadcast of the Siegershow in Germany. I watched it in 2010 and 2011. In 2010 everything was ok. The quality in 2011 was a disgrase. The sound failed in many classes. In the most important class "Gebrauchshundklasse Rüden" the sound again failed and you were not able to listen to the judges critics. Furthermore I believe SV:s payment arrangements is on the "edge" to be almost "fraud". They state the costs for watching is 35 Euros. (for members). They do not state the costs for Non-members. Then you click "sign up" and a form is to be filled in with your name,, adress etc including statement of member or non-member. You sign in as non member. Still no sign of costs for non-members. Then you pay 35 Euros with your credit-card, get an accept and can watch. Later you will be billed with another 35 Euros. Quite a "set-up" is it not ?? I have been in contact with the SV in this matter suggesting they alter their payment arrangements clearly stating the costs for non-members and make it clickable for members or non members and asked them to cancel my bill becouse of the "misunderstanding" (understatement). The will not. I will never ever use their "service" again. Furthermore it seemes to be overpriced for Non-members anyway. Bussiness acumen is apperently not SV:s strongest side. Volker |

| This is really like it is with the whole "SV"- team, you have to pay for everything, the quality is not the most important... The same on the shows with the judges..... you have to "pay" (read - make the judge, ore the judge's friend so he can stay incognito, a co-owner) ore your dog will not have a future... I was SV member for 30 ears.... "was"... because those financial deals I do not want to be part off.... |

| I think you are right. German members realy need to wake up and do their part and take action in the clubs. At the end the members decide what club they want. Start! Take action! I big broom is needed!! Volker |

| They sent me a bill for the sieger show this year (2011) that I never ordered nor watched online. They're freaking crazy. |

| After contact with SV they told me that the price for non-members clearly shows on the page. This is a lie. Pls check yourself! to clearify the payment procedure: step 1 : sign up. on this page no costs for non-members are shown. step 2: you neeed to fill in the form an give away your name, adress etc. You here state that you are a Non-member. You also need to accept the general terms. Still price is not shown. You also state that you want to pay with creditcard step 3: you come to a page that you must click to continue creditcard payment. You click step 4: You come to SV-payment-system. here you need to fill in the amount youneed to pay and for what. amount???? still not stated what it will cost for none members. well, you fill in 35 Euro Step 5: You procede with the payment of 35 Euro and get access. Step 6: The SV-step. After recieving your payment and giving you access the SV will send you a Bill for the rest of the price for non-member. Thats the deal folks. SV knows about this procedure but are not willing to change it. They say the price for Non-members clearly shows. Thats a lie. Look for yourself! Volker |

| I had problems with the SV Shop, they added costs that were not previously stated for an international shipment. The SV-Media page though asks specifically for your "Mitgliedsnummer" (member #) and offers those packages specifically for members with prices... isn't it common sense that they would have different prices for non-members? http://www.sv-media.tv/ |

| Volker, if they just sended you the bill, don't pay for it, what can they do... make a copy from all the pages to proced the order in case you need but what can ore will they do... for 35 Euro.... I am sure they won't do anything, let them.... |

| I had checked into this as well. I couldn't find what the cost was if you were a non member. Whilst it's a natural assumption that members would be charged less, the cost for non members wasn't shown, so I didn't bother. Glad I didn't going by Volker's experience. |

| Well, yes, you are right. I first did assume that the price for non-members would be higher and thought the price would be shown on another page (at step 2) but it did not. Then I was asked to fill in the amount by myself and I filled in 35 Euro. They then gave me access. Now the assumption must be that the costs are the same . Otherwise they should not have granted me access. I trusted the SV to be fair. I definitly should not have trusted the SV fairness. As said before I have discussed the bill with them and politely asked the SV to cancel the same because of the easyness of misunderstanding of the payment arrangements. They will definitly not. Im just glad they didnt charge me 500 Euro extra, so watch out before you sign up. The double price was anyway much to high and never expected from me. At that price I would never have signed up. Instead I would have bought the Urma book for 65 Euro. Volker |

| I alreay yesterday mailed the SV showing them this thread. I am sure they have read it. But there is no reply here from their side. Would realy like to hear the SV comments in this matter. But I believe they will just keep still and continue. Would also like readers comments in this matter. Volker |

| They probably move it over to some person who doesn't feel responsible either... I woudn't sign up for the media packages either...I go to workingdog.eu when I want to watch something. Good luck! |
