| Has anyone heard anything about Hans K9 in Alabama? I bought my girl from him 18 months ago and I have been unable to contact the breeder. The website has been down at least 2 months... |

| Isn't that the guy who advertised that he was seeking a smorgasbord of GSDs--black sables, grey sables, red sables, blacks, black/reds, etc., etc., but didn't really seem to know anything about bloodlines or specific dogs to avoid or that were desirable...If I recall correctly, he was basically collecting GSDs so he could open shop as a GSD 'factory'. If he's unreachable to his buyers now, that isn't a good sign, but it's hardly a surprise to anyone who followed his journey through his ads and his posts.... To the OP, good luck in your efforts, hope you're able to get in touch with him soon, and that you're happy with your girl--because the latter is THE most important thing in the long run, IMO. |

| I don't think Mr. Morshedi's plan to flood the market and make big bucks worked out for him. I noticed his prices came down and the pups got older over the last few months that his site was up. |

@gagsd4...long story short...I was a very inexperienced, GSD lover, who bought a puppy on impulse without doing my research...big mistake, but I LOVE my girl... I have have put ALOT of time and money into training and socializing her because of bad breeding....trust me, I have already been raked over the coals on this database regarding this topic, but I have stuck with my girl, and she is a good home companion, and it is what it is......tried Schutzhund but was told that she definitely was not a sport dog (weak nerves/no confidence). I did not return her to breeder because she was my girl....I chose her and the sport doesn't mean as much to me as her happiness!!! Anyway....I have always tried to keep up with the breeder because of my personal bad experience with him, but a few months ago, he just disappeared from the dog breeding world.....very sketchy....I am very concerned about the dogs he had on his property....where are they? I've tried to google the parents of my girl to see if he sold them but always nothing....he had at least 4 males and 20 females....his numbers just kept growing...it was awful!!!! I guess i'm really just concerned about all of the animals and what could have happened to them...???? Anyone know anything? |

Goodwink: I applaud you for keeping her as 1 of your own even if she did,nt workout in the way you had hoped. I find it really upsetting how people can have a dog and at the first sign of trouble dump it like a bag of refuse with out a thought. I some times wonder what people are really looking for a dog for. Again cudos to you. If you have the room and ability I hope you find a GSD you can do Schutzhund work with enjoy it also. |

| Thanks Bob....I appreciate the nice comment and I do love my girl for who she is.....besides.....can you imagine if our dogs could send us back to our "breeders"....hahaha....... Nope....our dogs just love us unconditionally...they deserve the same in return!!! I do hope to find a sport dog someday, but I am not in any hurry....right now, I am just enjoying spending time with my girl! |

| She is a stinker.......I was drinking a coke yesterday - enjoying it mind you - sat my glass on the table and she ran up to it, grabbed the napkin underneath it and pulled my drink off the table - took off running with the napkin and when she saw me cleaning up the ice and coke all over the floor - she started grabbing ice cubes and the napkins in my hand.......... hehe Need to come see her..........We miss you. | Contact some of the area rescues or try googling the names of his breeding dogs. If you can reemeber any names, chances are the dogs have ended up with another breeder. Good luck with your dog! |

| Michael49, Goodwink has all the contact info - she purchased a pup from him....... She has even called him.....Website is down......he has disappeared............. Brandi - I about crapped when she grabbed it - I just put down a new floor-which the coke and ice went all over! But I started snickering when I was cleaning it up - cause it was just too funny! She just grabs what ever is hanging and takes off so I will chase her.......... |

| Yogie, I read the thread,I've also talked with Jerry about Goodwink's pup and where it came from,so I'm aware of that. I know she probably has a number for Amin, but I don't know if she has the same numbers that are listed on his kennel registration on the pdb. Just trying to help. |
