We have some slight digging and a little bit softer stool....I think we're getting closer. I am so impatient. Actually, I just would like to get it over with before my 2yr old comes home and wants to help. LOL

Just a tip on taking the temperature, its easier if you make her lie down on her side.........I have one who now always lies down obligingly whenever she sees me pick up a thermometer!

I have seen females who give no sign, even as far as playing outside and plop - there is a puppy.  On the other hand I have also seen drama queens like you would not belive.  Give me a nice quiet calm girl any day.
As for the acorn eating - acorns can cause the runs which the dog may feel more comfortable.

Judy, that's Capri. She just yanked a sleeve right out of my hand. I was trying to walk through the house to play w/Caleb but she intervened and damned if I could get her to aus. I carry a flashlight at night because she has dropped puppies out on the grass, deck, whatever. She never leaves them there, but still...it makes me a tad apprehensive. Drama is not her MO. LOL

Dark sable male #2 born at 9:15pm. These appear darker than Brix was at birth; I wasn't sure if they were bicolor or sable until she got them pretty well dried off. Super active- scooting all over making lots of noise in between snacks;-)

You're suffering?! How about ME?! Debating when to pack up a sleeping toddler and head to the ER...she's a demonic bitch, I tell ya. 5 hours of NOTHING happening, but intermittent contractions, which I don't like...I'm getting delusional trying to stay awake, and so I lie down on the couch and set my alarm for 20mins so I can have a nap. Just as I'm drifting off, I hear intense licking going on in, flip on the light, and there are 2 more!

Haley, you had a sable girl, born at 1:55am unless she has another female;-)

Little boy was born right after. Still too wet to tell if he's bi or sable but I think he's bicolor, and he might be coated...he looks awfully curly- different than the sables looked at birth. Bravo may have a younger twin!
