I have never posted on here before but I look and read alot of the posts. I found an ad today and would like to see others opinions. This breeder says the dam of this puppy is 103lbs. but when I looked at the picture it is hard to believe that the dam is anything over 80. I know pics can be deceiving but 103? You have to go onto the website to see the dam. The name of her site is

| its a sales pitch the dogs are prob sire n grandsire in the 90s and dam in the 80s people think my bitch is over 100 all the time |

| I was interested but I rate people on content of character and anyone who would stretch the truth on weight then what else are they lieing about. Big turnoff. |

| Wow.. Just came across this post.... Bitter party of 2. Not sure what game Von Ward Kennels & Siantha where playing. As photographic forensics experts you fail miserably. Jade is, if you where really interested, one of biggest females I have ever seen. I have played with her and also have two pups from Jade. On every occasion I saw her.... She could only be described as an enormous female. You both need to apologise in this thread to Michelle if you are at all good people. To those reading (and not the two subjects of this post), Im sorry to be so harsh on these two but when I came across this post, it stunk of a personal shot, for some reason towards Michelle and not of any real Opinion seeking interest. Calling someone basically a Liar from a picture... peee yewh. I have known Michelle for a couple years now and have never caught her in misleading sales pitches or lies about her animals. |

| I have played and worked with Michelle's dogs and jade is a large Beautiful dog as are most of her dogs there all very large boned dogs that is probably why you cant explain the weight you see. I have gotten 2 GSD's from her and I will get more in the future |

| Maybe they weighed her while pregnant -? I had a large female almost 15 years ago she was 93-95lbs working weight. When she retired from SAR she put on a few pounds & was around 105lbs. I've seen large females more often back then, hardly see any that large now. Alot of people still are looking for the large size GSD's, I have people asking me the weight of my dogs all the time. When I tell them they say they are too small. they want a large GSD like they had before. So guess more of them are out there. |

| Do you guys think there are awards for Biggest GSD? Why is that such a hot selling feature? Pretty lame. That's a good reason NOT to buy dogs from that kennel. |

I'm not a breeder but at what size does a pony become a horse? I don't think these dogs should be called GSDs. There is a standard for a reason. |

| When I saw the bs that this other guy was spitting I felt obligated to give my honest response. I OWN 2 of her pupps and I'm sorry if u think I'm full of it but it is what it is when I see people who have not worked with these dogs then who are you to question them. I think you are sour about some breeding problems you have had in the past or maybe her superior genetics took business from you whichever the case it's most likely your own issues ! I will get more WORKING dogs from her I like her dogs that are about 90 lbs for my working dogs but she does have larger dogs than the ones I have gotten from her and I WILL buy another dog or dogs from her in the future. In fact I pick up a new pupp on sun next week and I will be smiling at all of you when I get my titles. P.S. I have a hard imported Czech gsd from the Czech republic and I chose to go with this local breeder because she had great bloodlines for work and I didn't break the bank 9 out of 10 of her dogs could probably get a Shutzhund title depending on the person training them so all B S aside this breeder has great all around dogs |

I posted this in Dec. of last year and it has been dug up. I was at the time looking for another breeding female that I could actually drive to see. This kennel was a few hours from me (I think). This was so long ago I had almost forgot about it. I am only Von Ward Kennels. I don't know what other kennel listings you are talking about. I thought I only trolled while fishing. I had to look that up in the urban Dictionary to find out what I was. @northwoodsGSD.
@ Ace952 You may be hearing from my parent’s attorneys for posting their picture above in an inflammatory nature. But besides mom’s bad tooth which has been fixed… I thought that’s one of their better pictures. Just me.
