I like dark dogs and dark faces.  I didn't think I would ever own a black dog, but I do now.  Good dogs are good dogs.  I hate the spectacles look, light around the eyes, of many dark sables and I am not fond of standard saddle patterned b/t especially since many seem to lack dark faces.

HighDesert, LOL! That's MY plan! My neighbors never really knew how many there were. Just never let them out together.

I can't choose one color over the other. I think they are all beautiful. I own 1 black and tan saddleback, 2 sables and 2 bicolors.  smiley
