so been reading forums about different colors on your gsd.
sable,bi,black,liver etc.

what is your favorite color on your dog??

ill start..

i love sable.

I've would never pick a dog based on color alone, but I do like black shepherds.

I think I'm biased towards Blacks. ;) But I would take a GSD of any color depending on the day.

The darker the better, but I'm not a huge fan of solid blacks cool

hmm nice comments..
i wanted a all black gsd, but when my gf and i went to go look at the litter..

my guy just went by my gf and sat right beside her and look at her. when all the other where playing and running around.. he just sat there and looked up..

i loook for the sign of a dog.. i wanted the black one for sport haha..
but i just gave in:)

all dogs kick ass. depends on factors of everythiung..

but looking at your dog.. u like the darker ones

I like the dark sables and the solid blacks very much. The red and blacks have to have a lot of black, and a nice dark mask for me to go "wow, that is a good looking dog!" If I were to build my perfect dog, however, it would be a dark dark sable. Bicolors are nice too, but they need to have good dark pigment on their legs (like Jenni's Capri) for me to go "wow".

Color is just a bonus though.You could give me a solid white shepherd, and if it is a good dog, I'd still love it to pieces.

No offense to white shepherds.... just not a fan of the lighter colored animals.

i have to say i am a fan of the darker sables aslong as they have face sableing but i love all sables for sure. here is a good example of my boy.

Personally the blk sables are my very fave.  Bottom line is I really like the dark dogs whether sable or bi or blk/tan.  But I agree with some others it's got to have some ass kicking drive regardless of what color it is................
