Suppose  you got a litter of 8 pups are  the first 1,2,3,4 puppies that are born do they tend to be more dominant out of the litter?       thanks

Middle-child syndrome is a human condition.  I doubt if dogs treat their pups differently because of birth order, so their issues tend to be innate, not not psychological :)

I've heard of people ask me they wanted the fist born puppy because hey are normally the strongest & most dominant. But I've never noticed that to be true yet.
