Fire Flies / Lighting Bugs

Does anyone else have a dog that chases fireflies at dusk.  I just about hurt myself laughing at Echo's attempts to catch them the other evening.

Echo pretty much chases anything on the fly but the lightning bug's disappearing act confuses her.  She has eaten a couple of carpenter bees without getting stung.  She really has it out for them.

Sabin loves to chase bumble bees, crazy dog.  Poor dog had to have a root canal done on a lower canine, cap coming in next week. He will be back in action after that.

I love the name Sabin.  My sister's boxer was named Sabin and she named him after our grandpa's brother.  Poor guy, I've had a root canal...wish they had put me asleep for it.  6
