"Confused" pedigree? by Xeph on 28 May 2009 - 05:29 |
| So, I've bought a new bitch, and I entered her info into the PDB. Great, pedigree is correct, everything is roses....except it's not showing her linebreeding. This bitch is most DEFINITELY line bred, sooo? |

| Xeph... You may have entered info from a dog that has been entered in PDB more than once... it happens and sometimes not the correct pedigree... half to check and double check. What is your girls pedigree link? |

| Jackie, Your bitches dam CH Kaleef's St Lucia v Kenlyn was entered wrong, it showed her being out of Mary Mary of Fran Jo instead of Jo-Nan's Starlight Serenade. I changed it and now your bitch shows a linebreeding 3 - 3...... in AOE SELECT EX. CH. Kismet's Sight For Sore Eyes Here is the pedigree www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/600877.html |

No problem, glad to help! Looks much better this way! I like the fact that her mom is an "outcross" (no line breeding for 5 generations) and opened up the pedigree some. Good luck with her, she looks like a very nice bitch. |

| The stud dog she's being taken to has an open pedigree, so it'll give the puppies I keep some breeding leeway, which is what I want. I'm actually going to try moving AWAY from Dallas. Thank you for the compliment :) She's American, but not extreme, and her personality is WONDERFUL. And, not a spook in the least ^_^ I threw all sorts of things around (including some rather loud "Clangers") and she just thought it was the best thing in the world! Curious as a cat she is... |
