Future breedings should always be kept in mind, be it showline to showline, work to work or crossing the lines. That is why I prefer spay/neuter contracts. I put alot of time and effort into my dogs. I did have someone buy a female once with the agreement to have her spayed, only to turn around and breed her with her brother. Talk about pissed! With contract in hand, I walked in when the pups were +6 weeks, and took half the litter and gave them away. I told the DB, now you will spay this female with the sales of your inbred pups. I don't know if they did or not, when I did a follow up, they had moved

What a great looking male. I think he will have a lot to offer to a breeding program of any type. If someone here buys him please message me I may be interested in a future breeding

I'm not saying this dog is not a good example of a GSD, but I'm sorry, it is obvious that the photo has been altered.

Open your eyes people, the entire photo has been altered. Im assuming that is why the dogs registered name has not been listed (to prevent people doing research on the dog).

If he was so perfect, the guy would not be selling. And how can he be kkl without training/titles?

I'm no expert on doctoring photographs, but how is it so "obvious" ?  I had a careful look, and could
not see any of the tell-tale signs I would expect.  Not entirely disbelieving, as I accept it is possible especially in this day & age, to change photos without much trace - but if it is "obvious"  then it should be so to us all, no ?

Look closely, the outline of the dog is smudged/smoothed...where the rest of the photo is very sharp. The grass behind the dog is different than in front. Very odd. And if you look closely the dogs color almost looked very altered as well.

The interested person can ask for a video to show live stacking, front and rear plus gaiting to make sure of each part of the dog. I too noticed the KKl1 but no titles, in the ad owner says reason for selling he has no time to train him, anyway interested person can ask the correct questions, still various remarks are healthy and good.
My point remains the same whether this specific dog or a similar one, it is a good thing to outcross to a correctly conformed Wl. stud.

Two major parts of conformation the show breeders are reluctant to outcross to a Wl stud are the shoulder angulation and stifle angulation since they are two recessive traits in the GSD and will be difficult to correct later on in a breeder's line.
But when you find a Wl stud that has a correct shoulder and stifle you should take the opportunity he offers, ofcourse assuming he's of correct temperament, has the right drives and good work ability. I see this dog has a very beautiful shoulder and stifle, hopefully he will add to temperament and take minute conformation traits away (temporarily) from one's line, addition is relatively huge compared to deduction.

After rechecking I see he has IPO1 (93-91-96), I apologize for saying otherwise in my previous post.

Hmmm ... maybe your screen has much better resolution than mine;  but your first two 'points of difference'  were roughly what I was looking for - and I still don't see.
Plus what on earth does "if you look closely the colour almost looks very  altered as well" mean ?
Either its been altered, or it hasn't.

A short video is almost impossible to alter a dog's appearance, buyer can ask for a video, no big deal

I don't know who the dog in question is, but Ibrahim's point is very well taken (i would love to see another pic of him because I still don't think that one is altered).
Before I got my DDR female, I was looking into other working line dogs to incorporate into my dogs (mostly showline) and this dog was certainly one I thought of while thinking of bringing in the BEST to my lines,

What a beautiful dog this one is (bomber, of course) sort of right along the line that Ibrahim is thinking. I would think more people that are breeding (showline)for competition and conformation would go this route.
Here is another beautiful black working line that i think would add greatly to a showline. (I really feel that the roach has got to be eliminated, in ANY dog. i don't find it attractive at all)
(I hope no one minds me using their dogs pics as examples of what I find to be stunning dogs)

What I understand is the owner only put the info he wants public in the ad and for further info he is to be contacted in person, that is why I did not disclose any further info, ofcourse who wishes for all details can contact the owner directly.

Schaeferhund- I don,'t think it shold be A problem, esp. if they have an ad here, it's already on this DB. No one is defrauding or misrepresenting nothing. I for one would like to see the dog is as his pic depicts him to be.
