ear Tattoo and Microchip help for a dog from Slovakia

Hello.  I am new to the site.  I am a K9 Officer and have been with my boy for about 5 years.  Since I have gotten him I have been trying to determine where he came from.  He has an ear tattoo.  I can read all but the first number.  He also has a microchip.  I have the number which is on his passport into the United States.  I am desperately trying to figure out his history.  Any help anyone can give would be most appreciated.  Thanks!  Kelly.

Do you know which kennel he came from in Slovakia? What is his tattoo? (If you can make it all out, sometimes they are impossible to read)

I do not know what kennel he came from.  I cannot read the first character.  but the last four are either 6913 or 6973.  Thanks

I also have a copy of the passport from slovakia which has a typed number on the bottom of the page.

How old is your dog and what color is he?It may help as well.
