True enough, Speaknow. A bit sweeping. I tend to see things black or white; it's a temperamnt fault  :) And yes, it's great how we're all different with different takes and views on all manner of issues.

Oskar, the expenses you cite, driving to training and shows, kennels, food, veterinarians, etc., are the same expenses all of us have. They are part of owning dogs and aren't unique to breeders. The C-sections and ultrasound and hormone tests are expenses you take on by choice when you decide to make a litter, as are the hassles of client contact and puppy placement. If it's so much work and so expensive, why do you breed? It's an honest question, I truly am interested.

And we really did hijack Shannan's thread, not very nice of us.
