You people need to grow up. I dont know who started the association of myself & funkman but its old. It has been a about a couple of years since I have been here and nothing much has changed. Steve Leigh, grow up and keep me out of your childish antics. Furthermore, I am damned sure the police dept. never told you I have been arrested because I have not. I have never spent one day or night in jail. I advise you to use caution when defaming me. If your fight is with funkman, keep it with him. Not me. I recieved 6 emails today regarding this and was going to no even bother but, when you print outright lies to defame me, who you dont even know, thats enough. Furthermore, for the record, I have never been a police officer. I have served many years in the Army, have never been to jail & am not funk man. Hunklefunk, truth is an absolute defense against such alleged "defaming".  You started all this.  And even before now using your hunkle name have abused many on this site.  Anyone who doubts Steve's allegations here this can quickly verify his story by searching your name at ripoffreport.com and call the winslow, maine police dept for background on you if they are tempted to buy a dog from you.  They can come to their own conclusions.  Of course if you make any more theats now, the state and federal laws are much tougher, so you would be advised not to do so.   No one has violated the TOS more on this site than you.

Hey mike, as long as you made an appearance here again on OLi's site, perhaps you would like to clear up that misunderstanding listed under your name on ripoffreport.com ?    Perhaps you would like to explain why you didn't pay for the bitch you imported and why you didn't transfer the papers on a puppy you sold ?   Perhaps you would like to explain why the winslow, maine police officers recommended not buying a GSD from you "under any circumstances" ?    How come you never registered a denial or rebuttal on ripoffreport.com as any normal person would who was innocent of any such allegations.  And maybe you could clear up that issue regarding DDR Legends website, were you or were you not kicked off for bad breeding practices and abusive posts, yes or no ?   Here is your chance to clear all of this up.  And you can do this without any juvenile name calling, etc. if you are mature enough to do so.

and in the interest of public information, let's not forget a complaint filed w/maine BBB, and his banishment fr vomdomburgerland in addition to ddrlegends. just know what you're getting into when buying/importing dogs w/this guy. use appropriate caution as you should w/any breeder.

NO ARGUMENT HERE: Mike, you sold my good friend in Maine a black male german shepherd puppy and never provided him rightful papers, either.  It's fact.

We have nothing to do with the ripoffreport filed (it was done apparently by someone who got one of Brando's littermates), but its the same situation I do believe.  Brando vom Haeldon is my friend's black male puppy's name -ring a bell? He HAS tried to contact you to get papers but you wouldn't reply back to him. If you did nothing wrong and had no ill-intent, why not speak with him and work it out?

He paid you in FULL- $900.00 for the puppy and you told him he would get papers in the mail. He never did (over 2 1/2yrs later), so he neutered his AWESOME dog. My friend was afraid he would accidentally breed his import female-with him without papers, he couldn't risk that. And, no one would pay $900 for an unregistered pup from you, regardless of breeding.

We'd love to know what your explanation for this was for this, and clear up this outstanding situation. You doing such a nice, easy-going person as my friend this way is just awful.
