Penny,

The absolute honest advice that I, as a breeder..can offer you....is....."buyer beware".

There are breeders that will offer and promise you the stars!........beware.

There are large, well known breeders that don't even know the GSD anatomy & standard........beware.

There are breeders that mass produce 15+ litters a year.....of course for (re-sale).........beware.

There are breeders that will always have the "perfect puppy" for you...or anyone, no matter what your needs are.................beware.

Do your homework, educate yourself......ASK QUESTIONS!

Not ALL of the breeders are looking to "sell you a used car"..............pm some of us privately....if you'd like.

LOTS of good advice on this site,...some not so good......"sort thru it"...

JMHO....nothing more.
