You are all a bunch of morons.....I was trying to give the breeder a compliment saying Bella is worth twice what I paid for her. I got a good deal on her. Doesn't mean I'm going to sell her for twice what I paid for her or that I expect the breeder to give me twice what I paid for her. I can't even say anything nice without having it turned against me. I also feel sorry for Bella......won't don't one of you morons come check her out so you can see what a nice dog she is??? Yes, please ignore me so this nightmare goes away.

Chris, have to say i agree with Missbeeb, i too noticed the sentence about Bella's value now. I for one wish that all breeders were like you, and no i do not know you personally, only through this board and your web site. I like what i have seen and read. I think you should relax and ignore this person. Like you, I'm sorry for Bella, but you've done all you can.

This whole dispute is nonsense. I made the comment that I thought Bella was soft and the breeder got upset and demanded her return. I have had Bella for almost a year and insisted I wanted to keep her. The breeder keeps insisting I return her, I keep insisting I want to keep my puppy. That's it in a nutshell. I did ask for help on the forum a number of times with jumping issues and mange. I never once suggested either was the fault of the breeder. Based on the advice I got, jumping is no longer a problem and the mange cleared up months ago. But now the fact that I asked for help is being used against me as "proof" that I never wanted Bella. More nonsense.

As for the hip warranty, I will soon have x-rays done and no matter the results, I will not return Bella. And the price? Bella is not for sale, but if she was, do you think the breeder would re-sell her for the same price again after I spent the last 10 months house and obedience training her? Bella is a great dog and I would be nuts to return her. In my opinion, she's worth twice now over what I paid for her. I will soon have stacked photos so everyone can see how beautiful Bella is. I'm sure the breeder will continue with the bashing but I am done with all the nonsense. I want to enjoy my puppy in peace.

I simply want to say the people at Silbersee are great people who truly care about their shepherds.They are a class act and have great insight on the breed.

you are truly unbelievable. What is wrong with you? What I posted under comments is simply what I had posted before, copied and pasted. Yes, I do hope you saved this as well, so you can compare.
I saved all of our correspondence, as you never know when it comes in handy. But I have to admit: You scare me! More and more, you are like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide.
You admitted in the now erased threads (which you renamed a couple of times) that you wanted everything to get deleted. I knew you would succeed, so I copied my offer to you and the reminder of our contract (so, you could not turn around and sell Bella for an inflated price) and pasted it under comments. Comments are not subject to moderation! That means that the remarks will stay for the world to read.
I wish you would return Bella to me, so we can truly be done with each other.

Hardly an appropriate "comment" for a breeder to make about her own puppy. This is really sad that you are trying to ruin things for myself and Bella.

This is Bella, bred by me and sold as a 2 month old puppy to triodegirl. Triodegirl has posted many times on the message board and expressed her dissatisfaction about Bella and her "lack of toughness". I have repeatedly offered to take Bella back for a full refund but have been ignored and called a "bully" and "unprofessional". I would like to repeat my offer here under comments as this area is not subject to moderation and dletion of posts and whole threads.
This is my latest plea which I also posted on the messageboard (might get deleted):
I have emailed triodegirl two times since the last thread was deleted, but she chose to ignore me and never ever gave me the courtesy of a reply. I would have expected that she and I could have put our issues aside privately, but this really is disappointing to me. Unfortunately, I can not force her to sell Bella back to me for two reasons: 1) I do not have a clause in my contract that she has to and 2), if I did it would not hold up in court as a dog is considered merchandise in the eye of the (consumer) law.

I am posting again because I wanted to send a last appeal to triodegirl. It is not too late to change your mind and return her to me for a full refund. The USA Sieger Show is right around the corner. Please do not cause any added expenses in shipping and use that opportunity. Show me that you are a person who has the best interest for Bella in mind. Further, I am going to inform you right here and now that I will insist on my contract which states that my agreement with you is not transferrable to a third party. That means that I am not going to extend my guarantees to somebody else. You bought this puppy for what is almost a pet price ($ 1,000) and I gave you full guarantees for hips and elbows, severe and moderate (100%) and mild (50%), as determined by OFA. In addition, I never require anybody to return a dog or euthanize it. Proof of spay and neutering is enough evidence for me. That is more than fair, I would say. And the reason I expressly mention all this here is, so you can not sell Bella for an inflated price and/or try to tell somebody else that she is guaranteed by the breeder. I would like her returned, so I can have her temperament tested by the sire's owner and us, and I will have her hips and elbows prelimed by OFA, before offering her for sale to a suitable and approved home. Please answer me here. Again, if you choose to keep her, fine! But if you turn around and sell her and I find out, I will follow you here on this board and post about that fact everytime I see you here. That is a promise, triodegirl!
